Be Nutritious!
Health is wealth.Living is pleasure with a healthy body and mind.How can we maintain a good health?There are many ways on how to maintain a healthy body just like drink at least 8 glasses of water,having a personal hygiene,exercise and the most important is that taking good and nutritious foods.There are many nutritious foods even in our surroundings.Just like fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamins.Also in other foods like cheese and milk that is rich in calcium,bread and rice that is rich in carbohydrates,meat and fish that is in protein and many more. Why we need this nutritious foods? We need to take nutritious foods in order to be healthy because the nutrients absorb by our body to have a clear and bright eyesight, good skin complexion, healthy hair, strong teeth,good mental and physically healthy. We should avoid taking non-nutritious foods, hence, we should take nutritious foods as a habit. All of us want to live longer. So we should take good care of our health and always remember that a healthy person makes a healthy world.
